Sixteen tools, one rule: nothing on your machine changes until you say so.

Asks before every change
File writes, edits, shell commands and web fetches show the diff or command first and wait for a yes.
/undo
Every turn is snapshotted, so one command reverts the last turn's file changes and tells the model.
Project memory
/init writes NINOO.md for the repo and Ninoo keeps adding non-obvious facts, with approval.
Background jobs
Dev servers and watchers keep running while Ninoo polls their output and moves on.
Subagents
Large explorations are delegated to a fresh context; only the report comes back.
Routing modes
nicrron/auto right-sizes the model per request; coding, reasoning, fastest and cheapest are one flag away.
Browser login
ninoo login opens nicrron.ai, you approve once, and the key never passes through the page.
Live cost
The status line counts tokens as it works and every request lands in your usage logs with its price.
